Our Oxidant Liquid is the perfect formula that blends with our Buff Tints for a consistency that is easy to work with. 
Oxidant activates the colour molecules in our tints by opening the cuticle layer of the brow hairs. This allows the dye molecules to penetrate deep into the hair cortex for that intense colour.
